At Sofiia Store, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Beauty and skincare products, once opened (for hygiene and safety)
- Final-sale or clearance items, where marked
- Intimates and swimwear, unless faulty
How to Start a Return
Email alan.c.wiley@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Because our pieces ship directly from our partner brands and ateliers, return addresses can vary by item — please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange for a different size or color is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. Reach out and we'll help you secure the piece you want.
